Spent 20 years in Silicon Valley. When Intel, the fastest Growing Company at the time, wanted to get control of it spending, they hired Peter James to develop their cost evaluation system. Returned to Maryland in 1993. Recently spending most of my time on public good projects below. Married with two children.
